Vaibhav Pawar

Vaibhav is a data science and machine learning leader who has been working in the field for 15 years. He is currently working as a Senior Director and Head of Data Science at Poshmark which is a world leading C2C fashion marketplace. He has expertise in building large-scale ML systems for search, recommendations, personalization, fraud/spam detection, virtual authentication and many other areas. Prior to Poshmark, he has worked at JP Morgan, Loylty Rewardz (a Billdesk company) and EXL Service. He is an IIT Bombay graduate, an On Deck Data Science fellow and a winner of AI100 award 2023.
