I am a proud NEXT100 CIO Award Winner, ISB Executive Alum, and have CTO experience in an IoT startup. As a mentor at IIT Madras, I am passionate about guiding future leaders and empowering teams. Throughout my career, I have spearheaded digital initiatives across startups and large banks, bridging the gap between legacy systems and modern, business-driven technology. My journey has taught me the critical role of emotional and social intelligence in successful digital strategies. I believe that people are the greatest enablers—or disruptors—of any transformation effort, especially in diverse, distributed teams across offshore and nearshore models. With expertise across IoT, cloud, DevOps, agile methodology, and event-driven architectures, I am skilled in crafting robust, adaptable systems that prioritize business impact.
