Alok Menthe is a seasoned Data Scientist with Ericsson’s AI & Data Innovation team. He has overall 13+ years of industry experience in the field of Analytics, Data Science & Software Development. He brings in his expertise in Statistical Analysis, Feature Engineering, Natural Language Processing, Convolutional Neural networks & Optimization techniques. He is responsible for developing innovative solutions within Ericsson to utilize the full potential of AI/ML for intelligent decision making and launching it to an enterprise level adaptable solution. He has domain expertise in the field of telecommunication, sales, customer experience, IT operations, corporate audit & people analytics. He brings in consulting skills complementing his business acumen which help him tackle complex real-world problems. Alok has a bachelor’s degree from Shivaji University in the field of Mechanical Engineering. He also has an executive level certification in Machine Learning from IIM Bangalore. He is passionate about innovative feature engineering, Machine Learning based automation & natural language processing.
