Mamatha Naidu

Mamatha Naidu is an Analytics & Business Leader with 16+ years of experience predominantly focused
in the areas of Retail & Supply Chain. She currently heads the Analytics Center of Excellence team at
JCPenney India which supports various Business, Product and Technology Verticals by equipping them
with data/analytics that help teams take data driven decisions that foster company’s growth.
 
Prior to her leadership role at JCPenney, Mamatha has been with Target and Mphasis identifying &
establishing several E2E functional capabilities at Bangalore aligned to the company’s strategic goals &
priorities. She has extensive experience in establishing high-performing teams, critical business, and
analytics functions for the company.
