Event Capacity Policy
The venue is chosen based on the fact that it can handle attendance of more than total attendees for the event. The doors of each hall will be closed once the seating capacity is reached.
Event slides & presentations
We try to upload all the talks video on our Youtube channels. These would be available within 1 month post the event.
We will not share any PPT/ presentations with attendees. Please be aware that many speakers are not comfortable sharing (either/both) the video and presentations for their talk. We will not in any circumstance share those collaterals with the attendees.
