Vibhu is a seasoned data science & analytics professional with 10 years of experience. Currently working as a Vice President at EXL Analytics, he leads a team of 150+ data scientists, business analysts & consultants across multiple engagements to deliver best-in-class analytics solutions in banking, fintech, retail & media sectors. He has worked on a variety of marketing and risk analytics-related problems spanning customer engagement & retention, cross-sells & up-sell models, recommender systems, offer personalization, multi-touch attribution, credit line optimization, pricing strategy and digital analytics.
Vibhu has been able to utilize his domain expertise along with machine learning, statistical modelling and strategic thinking skills to drive superior business outcomes and provide a competitive edge to his clients. He has not only helped build custom solutions to unique business problems but also led the productization of analytical solutions.
Vibhu has done his MBA from IIM Calcutta post graduating as an engineer from BITS-Pilani. He was recognized as an ‘Economic Times Young Leader’ in 2019. He is also a guest speaker at various institutes like IIT Delhi, XLRI, BITS – Pilani, Lady Shri Ram College, Trinity Business School (Ireland) etc.
