Thejaswini. P studied Electronics and communication engineering from KVG college of engineering D.K Karnataka and MTech in Data Science and Data engineering from BITS Pilani. Currently working with Jio Platforms Limited, Bengaluru, as a Data Scientist, leading a team of data scientists to build end-to-end recommender systems with 10 years of experience in processing, managing and realising complex business cases. Productionized the recommendations for Games and Ads platforms with increased CTRs. Having a keen interest in solving business problems using all-time favourite Machine learning, including Graph and Refinement learning techniques.
