Sivakumar Selva Ganapathy (Siva) is the Vice President of OpenBlue India Software Engineering and APAC Solutions at Johnson Controls. In this role, he leads the growth of engineering and innovation centers in India, driving profitable outcomes through visionary leadership and a deep understanding of customer needs and technological advancements. Siva collaborates with global business leaders and ensures flawless execution in the Sustainability and Smart Buildings domain, delivering SaaS-based solutions powered by data, analytics, AI, and Generative AI. A thought leader, speaker, and angel investor, Siva also oversees multi-disciplinary engineering teams across India and serves as a Board Member/Director for Johnson Controls India Private Limited (JCIPL).
Before joining Johnson Controls, Siva held various progressive leadership roles at Honeywell, focusing on IT, Software Engineering, and Connected Technologies. He holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electronics and Instrumentation from Annamalai University, India, and has completed several prestigious programs, including the General Management Program at IIM Bangalore, the CIO Leadership Program at ISB Hyderabad, and the Honeywell Leadership Development Program at Larry Bossidy Training Center, NJ. Siva is a Green Belt, PMP, and PMI-ACP Certified Professional, and a Certified Corporate Director (Independent Director and Board) accredited by the Institute of Directors.
