I started my career as a management trainee for a housing finance company. Although I’m a mechanical engineer with an MBA in marketing, I’ve held leadership roles in technology and analytics domains. I’ve worked as a technology lead for analytics, Head of IT and Head of analytics over the last 10 years of my career for 3 different lending institutions (Home First Finance, Ashv FInance and Vastu Housing finance) in the affordable housing and MSME lending space. Setting up business processes and teams augmented with technology and analytics are my interest areas.
