Debasree is a data science and analytics leader with 17 years of experience across CPG, retail, eCommerce and fintech domains. Currently, she leads key analytics engagements at Merkle helping clients set up their strategic vision by leveraging advanced data and analytics capabilities. She has developed high-performance teams, established deep relationships, and driven stated business impact for multiple clients in various domains. Her expertise lies in brand and customer insights, marketing and pricing analytics. Debasree has been recognized by Merkle internally, by client organizations, and by her previous organizations, for driving business impact through innovation. Before Merkle, Debasree worked with companies like Symphony Marketing Solutions (now Genpact), Analytic Partners (Singapore), Hewlett Packard and Cogitaas, where she gained analytics experience in various domains for both developed and developing markets. She holds a master’s degree in Statistics from Pune University. During her pastime, she likes to play music with her 8-year- old son and her husband.
