Animesh Pradhan

Animesh Pradhan, a 2021 Computer Science and Engineering Graduate from NIT Rourkela, currently works with Strategic Information Systems Team at Indian Oil Corporation Limited. As a part of the same, Animesh is currently involved in the digital transformation programme, Project iDRIVE of IOCL, which aims to digitize various business operations across the value chain of the energy giant. He has been instrumental in leveraging Machine Learning and AI to solve business use cases across the Refineries, Pipelines and Marketing divisions of IOCL, including process optimizations, preventive maintenance, and yield enhancement. Animesh’s professional interests lie in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Recommender Systems and Computer Vision and utilizing the same to deal with real-world crisis. When not dealing with his Jupyter notebooks, Animesh can be found either debating, writing a blog, discovering a new restaurant or at his dance class.
