Sirisha Arza is a seasoned engineering leader with over 20 years of experience across the aerospace and automotive domains, spanning R&D, product development, industrial engineering, and new product launches. She has led cross-functional teams from quotation through product launch, driving excellence in automotive product design, embedded systems, digital manufacturing, and Industry 4.0 implementation.
Her expertise includes automotive hardware digital design, simulation, stress and worst-case analysis, EMI/EMC validation, release management, and compliance certifications. She has played a key role in body electronics, body control modules, cockpit electronics, domain controllers, infotainment systems, clusters, and telematics. Sirisha has also defined manufacturing technology roadmaps, led capacity planning and headcount strategy, and supported global programs across China and Japan, while enabling the setup of high-performing design teams in India.
With a strong focus on business growth, she has been instrumental in bringing advanced automotive technologies to the local market and driving organization-wide transformation to improve capability, quality, and cost efficiency.
Beyond her technical leadership, Sirisha is deeply committed to building inclusive workplaces. She actively supports manufacturing units in creating growth opportunities for women, serves as a POSH Presiding Officer, contributes to CSR initiatives, and founded a Women Excellence Cell. She is a Government of India expert panel member on automotive homologation regulations and was recognized as a 50 under 50 Technology Icon 2024, also serving as a mentor with the Iron Lady Women Leadership community.
